Esther has over 10 years of experience working in the sustainability and consumer goods space. She previously led Delterra’s Rethinking Recycling work in Indonesia and served as Chief of Staff for Delterra's President and CEO. As a qualified Leadership Coach with the International Coaching Federation, she enjoys combining her passion for people and the environment at Delterra.
