As Director of Delterra’s Rethinking Recycling program, Esther leads our work with cities and communities to build recycling systems that maximize the quality and quantity of waste recovered.

Esther has over 10 years of experience working in the sustainability and consumer goods space. She previously led Delterra’s Rethinking Recycling work in Indonesia and served as Chief of Staff for Delterra's President and CEO. As a qualified Leadership Coach with the International Coaching Federation, she enjoys combining her passion for people and the environment at Delterra.
