Dedicated to driving the transition towards a circular economy, Damian spearheads Delterra’s Rethinking Recycling program in Argentina, where he is working closely with a network of cities to build scalable and self-sustaining recycling systems that keep materials in the economy and out of the environment.

Damian has over 20 years of experience working on sustainability, biodiversity, training and development in international cooperation projects spanning more than 35 countries.

Prior to joining Delterra, Damian served as program manager for international NGOs based in Europe and a Nobel Peace Prize-winning organization affiliated with the United Nations. He concentrated his efforts on designing and implementing human-centered solutions addressing conservation and sustainability challenges.

Damian holds a degree in International Relations and three master’s degrees from European universities in The Netherlands and Belgium. Originally from Argentina, Damian has spent most of his life abroad and is thrilled to be back home, embracing Argentina’s vibrant outdoor lifestyle.
