Lalit oversees Delterra’s programs in Indonesia as well as its expansion to other Asian countries. He joins Delterra with more than two decades of experience in the fashion supply chain industry and about a decade of experience in impact investing, change management and organizational development. Lalit brings a wealth of knowledge in global supply chains, ESG and transformational program design.

He has dedicated his career to facilitating systemic transformation in individuals, organizations and societies. He has a deep commitment towards resolving systemic issues in the world’s social and business systems toward a healthier planet and fair treatment for all.

Yoga and trekking are his energizers. Based out of Bali, he loves spending time in nature and the occasional game of golf.
